Love the motion captured in the stream. The lighting is subtle and enhances the photos mood. I like how the trees cutting in from the sides mimic the streams flow to an extent.  

[i will be commenting again on this photo for my photography class. My professor wants us to do a blink reaction and then a more detailed critique in the future.]

  Absolutely no nits on your comp - it's about as good as it gets. I see two issues you might want to address. First the easy one: Looking at the top of the cascade you can see that what should be perfectly flat actually tilts markedly in a clockwise direction. This sense of not-being-level can be distracting and/or disturbing. The second issue is more a matter of opinion: The entire scene as you have processed it is rather high contrast, with the shadows very dark and devoid of detail.
