Sam,

Watch out - that water is rushing in.  Is this normal tide behavior?  My wife and I recently were in New Brunswick where, supposedly, the greatest tidal changes occur in the Bay of Fundy.  But we didn't see anything dramatic as this - are you sure it's not a tsunami (LOL)?  The still reflection in the foreground makes the image for me - wow, what a contrast between still and rushing.  Also nice DOF, detail, and mood from the mist.   Best wishes for the holidays and winter.

Hi Larry,

I'm afraid, I don't know if this tide is 'normal'. I've been there only once & then took this picture.

Thanks very much for your comments!

cheers

Sam
