Jerry, if you can return to shoot this scene again I might suggest vertical framing because the building roofs harmonize with the rock tones on the shore. The vertical wide angle format could accentuate the foreground tones and textures and, depending on the light quality and angle, might make for interesting photos even without the buildings.
