jerrymat 3 Posted September 21, 2011 Deb, You have a lovely setting and I am sure you helped set this up as opposed to just trying to capture a happening. The one problem I see is compositional - you have put the important couple rather low center - not a strong compositional placement. You have them both with white tops which helps make them stand out from the darker background, but the white water in upper right competes for attention. White or bright light can "trap" the eye's attention. It is good on your subjects but a "white trap" in the stream. You probably lament my new cropping, which throws away all of your incredible scenery, but I am reasoning that the scenery is not the picture. The people are.My regards,Jerry Matchett Link to comment
gsphotoguy 2 Posted September 22, 2011 As with the other image from this shoot, I like the inclusion of the environment in this usually intimate moment. I'm sure they will treasure these photographs for many years. Link to comment
