Great find and so well exposed to a balanced lighting, superb details obtained and very original colors, indeed the lamps are adding life to this place and to the image and well given credit to the composition.

Thank you for sharing it my friend and wishing you all of the best.

Lovely image, it kind of has a very Nursery Rhymme illustration feel to it.....yes I have recollections of "Little Bo Peep" Nice back lighting and the orchard makes a great setting. I don't normally point out spelling mistakes because I'm the worlds worst! but Rashed's "Lamps" made me smile......well they are kind of glowing after all : - ) Just one tiny nit pic, I would have like to have seen a bit more space to the left of the sheep in order to place them moving into the scene rather than out of it, but suffice to say I like this very much!

Best Regards

Alf

Wow! Thanks guys. I'm so glad you like it.

Rashed, thanks so much for your great comment.

Alf, Little Bo Peep would have been the perfect addition to this scene. It did seem almost too sweet to be true, and once again I almost drove of the road when I noticed them. Before I got my camera set up there some other little lambs frolicking, but I didn’t get a good shot of them. I think you have a good point about the lack of space on the left, but that area just didn’t seem very appealing to me, and it was out of focus. I liked the look of the trees and the gate on the right. Maybe I should have another run at this. I tend to agree with you.

An excellent image of these gentle souls enjoying a little spring lunch. Nothing says spring quite like lambs, and greenery!

All the best,
Neil

Hi Linda, Magical at first glance with symbol of motherhood, her young are close and tended to.  Whether human or animal, it represents what is good and gentle, tender in life.  The light you captured on the leaves and the framing of the branches is glorious.  The light kisses their backs.  To me -- not so much a fairytale -- but a mindful look of reality

The lambs are so sweet, especially when close to their 'MUM'.  the overall compositon is quite lovely, peaceful - I guess - Pastoral ! I like how the branches overhead frame the shot.

Well done Linda,

Warm regards, Gail

Motherhood has taken on a whole new meaning for me as I became a first time grandmother this weekend.

First, Good luck !welcome to the club!

It is a very sweet scene of motherhood in  nature, beautiful shades of  green/yellow, fits the human feeling of motherhood, and grand/motherhood as well !

Enjoy the new citizen of the world;-))

Thank you both, you're the best. It is an amazing feeling. It has been 30 years since I held a newborn. I feel very blessed to be part of the whole experience. I have been floating, I am so thrilled.
