I did rate this nice flower with 6, to me your lighting here is remarkable and so the details brought out of the main subject are fine while the green back ground do add a great emphases to the image and well isolating the flower, what you did not need is the empty black portion of the back ground, thats to me did not add anything here but disturbing the composition and the appearance of this beautiful image.

Thank you for the suggestion Rashed, that definitely takes away a lot of negative space and draws more attention to the flower. I believe I cropped the sides a little bit, so it really threw off the height:width ratio and made this photo look a bit too tall. I'm glad you mentioned this!
