When I first saw this image , my thoughts were headed in the direction of a giant egg of some sort.

I like the unique appearance of the ball and the green grass makes a fine background .

what amazes me too is the perfect shape of that ball, made hundreds of years ago, then shot away with a bang, landing in a stone field wall in Devon, where it has been embedded till recently when it has been detected during reconstruction works.
