This man is a real photo genic and of great resources to be utilized here, a full face without any crop and with all of the beard included would have made a great difference to this capture and brought out all of the stories telling effect.

Stunning portrait.  There is an almost intimidating feeling due to the close crop and the direct eye contact.  Great details and treatment.  Great work - michel
