hi like too much this picture . so here are my comments : in my opinion, without modify the general effect, the white vest of the girl on the left needs some more brighting as the face of the main subject, i mean the girl in blue . This way you should have a better equilibrium in highlights on the left and upper side of the image, minimizing or reducing the eyes catching effect of the white shirt man on the background. All this changes are in order of small stops fractions.
