Brilliantly composed with the diagonal and the balloon in the upper third of the frame.  It really isn't all that compelling of a subject, but I really love this anyway.  I think the thing that makes it stand out (besides the balloon) is the little white places in the bricks.  They add interest to what would otherwise be a rather dull shot.  Good eye on this one!
