Hi Patrick,

A nice capture with many interesting elements found.

Using your same setup, I would have used ISO 200, 1/250 second at F/8.

With a 45mm lens opened up to F/8, the DOF would be as adequate and the definition would have been much better across the scene.

Lens definition decreases as the F-stop becomes a larger set value.

Best Regards,  Mike

This is a great image and so well been exposed, the DOF is remarkable and obtained very impressive fine details with real original colors which add to the atmosphere of this place and enhances its well thought off composition.

Thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best.

Very well composed and with a great balance of light and colour. Mike has made a good observation here. Some people are under a popular misconception that you need to minimise the aperture to achieve a greater depth of field. As Mike indicated this isn't the case and you will improve on sharpness and defintiion using f8 or f11. Personally I only use f22 or above when making long exposures. All that being said this is still a very aesthetically pleasing image.

Best Regards

Alf
