Hi Jeremy!

Thanks a lot for important feedback. I have a real problem finding the right balance of the graytones. My screen must be much lighter than others I think. So I tend to give to much darker tones.

I have given up calibrating my screen  - never get it right :(

But thanks again.

Kind Regards

Bela Dick

Undoubtedly, the most valuable thing in this shot is its excellent & attractive composition. Gray tones are okey at my monitor ... The woman at the center of the scene enhances the simmetry of the stairs, giving life to this shot.  Love it ... (7) Kind regards

Bella this is a striking image, the geometry, the tonal contrast and most of all the moment of capture, the crossed legs add to the geometry of the image and compliment the scene perfectly. your choice of cropping / format also work extremely well here. 6

Thanks Richard

I had two shots. This was the second. The first one was half a step to early. I liked this -the second one - cos of the crossed legs also forming a triangular shape.  I was really lucky she made this step just at the right place.

Kind regards

Gray and midtones are perfect at my calibrated monitor.

Nice capture and framing are excellent.

IMHO geometry coul be better if the line in the left can start from the left upper angle.

Let me add to the chorus.  This is an excellently composed image.  The elements work very well together.  I don't see any problem on my calibrated monitor.

Hi Alberto:

Thanks for your comment. The idea with the line from the left corner has been considered and I see your point. The reason why I finally choose this alternative was to have the person in the center. I was afraid the line would have got to much attention and depress the others one.

And thank you very much for the feedback on tonality from your calibrated screen.. That helps me a lot.

Kind regards

Thanks Svetlana

I have a filter for filtering out "6 or higher"  ;)

OK it is a joke. Like the way some give ratings. I just have it on for fun. I appreciate more  words and comments.

But anyway thanks.

Excellent composition and the person is in the 'right' spot. There is symmetry and lovely tonal range. Well done - rated 6.

Your photo suits the title to a T ! Lovely angles and perspective, the beautiful woman coming down the steps is a great central point for our vision. Very well composed, perfect timing and great editing Bela!

Hi Gail

Thanks for your comment.

The beautiful lady is actually some VIP, but I did not know that as I took the shot. I was informed later on about that.

Kind regards
