Light

Excellent shot of the sunset. I love the bright but gently and warm tones, and the tree's silhouette adds a pleasant contrast. My only complaint would be that the whole tree isn't in the image, and if it were possible to recapture this moment, I would have suggested you zoom out slightly and stand back so the whole tree is in the picture. But that aside, it's very good.

Very good control of the exposure (judging by the color on the women's clothing), especially considering the light with which you were working.  Had I been shooting this, I probably would not have had so much foreground.  It does provide context, but little else (IMO); I like the mental image of less foreground, leaving the tree, sun and three women to dominate the composition.  I agree with Anna regarding the cropping of the tree.  If you don't want the whole tree, then crop more aggressively to focus on the women and sun.  But if you crop just a tiny portion, it begins to look like a mistake or something that was overlooked.  Still, you did an excellent job with the difficult light.
