Hi Grigoriy,

It is nice to see a wonderful image of a Monarch butterfly. They seem to have diminished in population around where I live.

You did a very good job with your zoom lens.

Best Regards,  Mike

Outstanding macro work, very effective lighting here and the details are superb, the colors are so original while the blurred back ground do isolate the main subject and enhancing the high quality composition of this work.

Thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best.

Hola Grigoriy: muy bonita la imagen de esta monarca. Sin duda es una de las mariposas más bellas del mundo. Muy bien captados sus colores que son fieles a la realidad. Un abrazo.

A beautiful shot Grigoriy, it would be hard to get a more color appropriate flower.

These critters hang all out here pretty regularly since I planted some Milkweed.

About the shot.  I downloaded and used Unsharp Mask at .5 pixels on it.  You have a lot of detail that isn't showing here. It really makes the image snap.

Beautiful shot of this lovely Monarch Butterfly Grigoriy! It's also nice to see that this one hasn't been too beaten up by the weather, or trips home to Mexico for over-wintering. Lovely color, crop and nice soft DOF for the perfect backdrop. Well done!

Kind regards, GAil
