Beautiful girl -- excellent skin tone, contrast and lighting. I really like the separation of your subject from the very nice background. It is subtle, yet effective.

Her right forearm seems a bit awkward. It might be better to show where it connects to her right upper arm rather than having it just come into the picture from the left side of the frame. It also looks a bit odd the way it enters her upper lip and nose. This could be because you have cropped it off at the wrist (a joint).

I would have preferred your subject to be facing into the picture rather than out of it. You could have done this by including more space on the left side (in front of her). This would have giving you the opportunity of including where her upper arm connects to her lower arm. This would provide a better continuity to the flow of lines -- more graceful and elegant. Your top and bottom compositional balance is very good.

Only a personal preference, but it would be nice to have a deeper depth of field. An out of focus background draws attention to your subject. Part of your subject that is out of focus draws attention to the areas not in focus and away from what is in focus. I find that the eyes keep going back and forth between what is in focus and what is not. It is difficult to go wrong with having the entire subject in focus.
