I love the pose, composition, and lighting!  Beautiful, sensual, artistic, and sexual all at once.  I must admit my bias for Black & White, especially for nudes, and I think this photo could work even better in that medium - obviously a personal preference.  I've attached a quick B&W for your thoughts.
