jerrymat 5 Posted August 30, 2011 Reminds me of the pet chipmonk I had, named Pipsqueak. My suggestion is that by allowing the sun to create the highlight so bright it became overexposed. Notice that the back of its head, its rump and a stripe up the tail are completely whited out, losing all detail. A darker exposure with flash fill would have avoided this problem. You might have avoided this problem by exposing more darkly and then using computer software to increase the brightness of the shadows. Normally completely white is reserved for specular highlights like sparkles in water and chrome automotive trim.Jerry Link to comment
