Really nice image with great detail and sharp focus. The colors are brilliant and the reflection in the water is a good bonus. As far as composition, I would either like to see the subject cropped in closer or using the rule of thirds and remove the subject from the center.

Great capture with a 200mm lens, I know how hard it is to get this close without the bird flying off!

Nice scene capture.

I would have shot this with your 200mm lens at F/6.3.

The DOF is not of any concern here, but the faster F-stop setting would have provided more definition in the image, and the ISO could be lowered to ISO 320 for further enrichment to the scene.
