I think I know exactly where you took this from. It's a beautiful scene. The composition of your image is excellent--esp. your use of the rule of thirds, which is often forgotten. The landscape portion is too dark, however. The brighter areas are dull and the areas in shadows are nearly completely obscured. I would selectively lighten the shadowed areas using "shadow/highlights" in Photoshop, then use the curves tool to gently brighten the entire image without blowing any part of it out. I would also try to increase the contrast in the sky/clouds. Nice work!
