The bottom half has diagonal lines which I find very appealing. Great job!

The boat and the water around it are a great match, and the clouds add much to the scene -- you were fortunate to have a particularly dark cloud across the top of the frame.

Dana, this image was taken a little after 9 o'clock in the morning with a looming storm and rain. Location is Laguna de Bay (Laguna Lake) the largest fresh water lake in the Philippines south of Manila.
