photodonn 0 Posted August 20, 2011 I dug this up for some friends and decided to share it here, taken in either 1978 or 1979 with Tri-X pushed to either 800 or 1200, using an old Nikkormat knock-off made by Chinon when I was in high school. Slightly colorized because... well, I liked it that way. Comments welcome, including on that particular decision, because I'm guessing some of you would rather it was made in pure greyscale. kiwirob 0 Posted August 20, 2011 such a bare shot; it works really well and captures a lot of the moment without having to rely on much to do it (if that makes much sense). the tamborine looks almost magical not actually being held (i assume his finger is through the hole?). The slight colouring gives it a dash of life. thanks for posting it up. Link to comment
photodonn 0 Posted August 21, 2011 Thanks Rob for the compliments... and to answer your question, he's twirling the tambourine, and I just caught it at the right time. It's just been twirled, he's about to catch it again. Link to comment
