matthijs 0 Posted August 22, 2011 Nice. This entire series has an Edward Weston feel to it. And that's not a bad thing... M. Link to comment
wogears 186 Posted August 22, 2011 Nice take on a classic. Bit too light for my taste, but well done. Link to comment
gsphotoguy 3 Posted August 22, 2011 Matthijs - Thank you for the honor of comparing my image to the great master. I did not make this to copy his work but did realize the influence after I processed the film and looked at the negative.-Mark Link to comment
sweeterimage 0 Posted August 23, 2011 Very nice Mark. At first, I was a little disturbed by the blown highlight on her ribs, but the more I looked, the more it worked for me. It draws attention to her figure. I love the lines in this. The straight tire tracks leading to the model and then her curves as counterpoint. Just an all around great photo. Congratulations. sonneland 0 Posted August 25, 2011 Mark, very nice classic image this one, i especially like that you chose the sand to shoot it on. am also a sucker for outdoor nude photography. nicely done! Link to comment
gsphotoguy 3 Posted August 26, 2011 Roger - Thank you for the wonderful comment. I have only done a few outdoor nude shoots but have always felt, especially after seeing your amazing work, that it is the natural place to make these images. The beach seems particularly appropriate. I am lucky to have a clothing optional beach 45 minutes from home where I can do this work.-Mark Link to comment
