Nice sharp focus with great detail. I think that things are a little under saturated though. Also, rather than have your subject in the middle of the frame and applying the rule of thirds, you could add a little more of the background. This would add some context to your image and emphasize the wildness of this creature.

Tranks Tracy, I would agree in hindsight...at the time, my concern was not spooking the deer!  After an hour or so, I found that they did not spook, and my lens choice (70-200 w/ 2x TC) may have even been too deep even at 140!
