Dominick, my friend, you are having too much photo fun! ;-)

Great clarity and color.  The elevation of the shot is too great for you to be out in the water but the angle of the shot makes it appear that you are out with the surfers.  This composition puts the viewer out with the action and is well done... Mike

A really dynamic shot that makes you feel you are out there in the action. Great composition and colour balance. A perfect sports shot and 7 from me. Best wishes William

Great shot. You captured the action from a perfect angle, with a few poses  that it is impossible not to pay all my attention to every "detail".

Good job my friend

What an eye you have -  double pleasure or perhaps quad.   You must be shooting a very high speed to get the clarity which I see on this image. Congrats on a very fine image.

Hi Dominick,

A wonderful scene , well captured.

I would have shot the 560mm F/8 (after the converter was added) at F/8.

When using a converter, you really need to use full aperture because of the additional optics involved, and at F/8, the definition of the lens would be better. I know, since I have the same setup in my collections and have tested them in the lab and in the field.

As a benefit, the exposure would have been 1/2500 to 1/3200 second.

Best regards,  Mike
