madclumsy 0 Posted April 3, 2003 Superb. Wish I could view it at a higher resolution. Link to comment
ivan colman 0 Posted April 3, 2003 It doesn't work for me. The blue mountains attract so much attention that there exist a competition between the house and the mountains. This makes the eye jumping back an forth between the two. One has to forse himself to look at the other parts, where is ....nothing Link to comment
galina stepanova 0 Posted April 3, 2003 Not an ordinary mountain view. Great as two pictures, but would lose the attraction. Nice work on foreground details. Link to comment
lorenzo_ward1 0 Posted April 5, 2003 Very good idea and moody. If I can suggest a slight improvement it has to do with the position of the house, I would have like it more to the side. There is something spooky about the image and I am not sure what it is. The blue light works well as does the reddish sky. Very good idea. Link to comment

nickolay_lavrik 0 Posted April 5, 2003 Some technical details: the shot was made early evening in twilight. Digital adjustment of color and tone was used to compensate very diffused ligthing and low color saturation of the NPH film. The sky is entirely digital. I agree that the position of the house in the foreground is somewhat disbalancing as it breaks the "rule of 1/3". Link to comment
robert_lightfoot 0 Posted April 30, 2003 I suppose to some it's a cliche, but it's still nice seeing that works. Link to comment
