I like the sunlight dappled foreground rock and small waterfall cascading to the left of the image, and whilst I like the rest of the image, I think maybe the main falls are a bit overexposed. The mill itself nestling amongst the trees is a nice focal point, though perhaps too central, if you follow the "rule of thirds" ......personally I find it works for me as it is.
