Very nice shot Lester, great perspective, detail, there appears to be a coating of ice on the trees, lovely!  The sun, soft in the sky with the silohette of the bird really adds interest and seems to set a quiet mood. The building (house) on the left appears to be very interesting, with quite a few chimneys. Fireplaces for warmth. I'd love to know where this is.

This image was taken during a chilly and gloomy but beautiful winter in Bruges in Belgium. It is a city also with canals and considered probably the 'Venice of the North'. I would encourage anybody who visits Europe to drop by this spectacular place - sort of a "must see" destination.
