The model's voluptuousness -- the full breasts, soft belly, and broad hips -- set her apart from both the typically thin fashion/runway model and also the typical cheesecake model. They suggest nurturance and fecundity. The pears reinforce that impression visually - their shape recalls the shape of her breasts - and also symbolically. I assume that you aiming for something like this. I think that the picture succeeds.
