This is another of the HDR photographs that I took at Alabama Hills in

July of 2008. I used four exposure to control shooting directly into

the sun, it helped that the sun was behind a cloud. One of the

boulders in this image is called "Shark Fin", I'm sure you'll guess

which one. I used the Pixel Bender filter for the painterly effect.

 remember the original of this and thought it was awesome then.  Now you've taken it a whole new level with PB.  The " purists " may not grasp the art form that is PB but I think its catching on.  I see CS5 can be had a temporary download just might do it...Lefty
