Eastern Newt - Notophthalmus viridescens

A newt's not a lizard (unless you're talking about Gingrich). It's a salamander, an amphibian.

At any rate, I like the color contrast. Don't sweat the manipulation -- I might have actually gone further and cleaned up the rock a bit too.

This reminds me of some "Gary Larson": How nature says "Don´t touch!".

Great colours, I would have pushed the contrast a bit more than you actually did, but that´s a question of taste and therefor not relevant.
