Good. I like the fact that the sky and water are both agitated.

Your image has a charm and tranquility - mere interrupted by the action in the foreground. And has previously stated there is a connection between the foreground disturbance and the way the sky appears. I wanted to a bit more disturbance in the sky so I duplicated the layer, applied some additional contrast and applied selectively to the sky. I am sure when I look at the revised version which i will load, i will probably conclude that i like your version better. It is all subjective at this point with no right or wrong answer. When it comes down to the brass tacks, would you hang it on your wall and without further modification?
