Duesseldorf Medienhafen is a grat place to do architecture photography. I am not really sure about this one, though. It appears a little flat and I think I would prefer a tighter crop, for it is not clear on which of the two buildings your main interest lies. (And they are both worth a single shot, definitely!)

 

Also, I think a little frame would help to make the image work better. Since there is rarely any color/saturation, did you take b/w into consideration?
