Creative use of materials used by construction workers repairing side

walks in Cape Town.... Many of the 37 % of unemployed people on the

streets of South Africa don the bright lime green waist coat and offer to

look after cars for a little hand out. They often get no sleep during the cold

night in the open.

This is precious!  This is the best sleeper shot I've seen.
