These Double Echinacea were among some very colorful flowers. It

made experimenting with different angles to have a more colorful

DOF so much more interesting. This year has been amazing for

variety, these ones were more than a pleasant surprise. (thanks for

visiting, sincerely,Gail)

Very happy colors, Gail, and the focus/framing are superb.  I'd be curious to see how this photo would look with a black (or at least darker) frame, as the yellow one competes with the colors in the photo.

Hi Gail,

Nice small image. Interesting background presentation.

I really like larger posted images, where when I click on the image, it enlarges !

Your macro lens is capable of showing much detail and small postings limit that asset from being enjoyed.

Best Regards,  Mike

Looks nice, Gail.  The background, though muted, is so colorful, dreamy that it feels enchanted and well foils the straightforward shot of the featured flower.  Imaginative creation.  The bright mustard frame is great -- sort of hints to what the yellow sunshine does to a garden    .

I had begun to think everyone was not posting as large due to 'theft of images' but I will do larger, just have to get more proficient at it.

Thanks for your visit, Gail
