Good pose and good color.  I think you need to dial your sharpening back a little bit.  You have halos around edge of bird.  Sometimes less is more.

It would have been a great shot... I cannot get past the bright outline around the bird... Makes it look like a cutout that was pasted... Probably due to the oversharpening...
