Hi Sam,

This is a nice looking capture from you zoom lens.

I like the variations of color among the buds and the flower itself.

You could further enhance the foreground subjects by setting the grey level towards black ( a technique that I use from time to time) in Photoshop. With a little care, all the colors, even those out of focus plants would be preserved.

Hi Sam,

Here is an example of what I stated above. It is very straight forward.

I used the "Replace Color tool" in Photoshop and selected a point in the grey area of your image. Then I adjusted the level towards black. Too much adjustment would effect the colors, so I took it easy.

Nothing else was done to your image. Time to do this: 20 seconds.
