It's been almost unbearingly hot here. Today it will be almost 40 C

with the Humidex. Fortunately we have Air Conditioning, but to be

outside I find it difficult to breathe and even function. I was trying

to 'hone my skills' Saturday morning, when the heat made me feel

almost 'claustrophobic'. When I decided to do this Composition, I

thought about that 'feeling'. Sometimes when I feel that way, I wish I

could just 'Fly Free'. I don't know that it would be any cooler, just

sounds like it would. (thanks for visiting, Gail)

Gail...WOW!  I love this image.  It awesome, and I hope it is hanging on your wall (or someone's wall).  This looks like Fine Art.

The sensibility and use of the different colours are great, also the feeling of movement and harmony. One work very well done..!

It's perfect all the way to the strokes! Be happy Gail, you have a house and air conditioners in it, yet I approve your wish for flying free! It doesn't depend on the climate only, maybe not at all, we all have that desire hidden somewhere in our souls!

Best regards!

VEry fluid, Gail, and controlled heat, tempered by the greens and cool blues.  I always enjoy reading the accompanying narratives and agree with what Pierre wrote, but it can be difficult to live by sometimes.  You've almost got a round heart at the center.  Hope things cool off, but sometimes it's nice to get that relaxed feeling from the summer
