Every year on Memorial Day, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra performs a

free concert at Flag Pole Hill Park. They play classic, patriotic

music with fireworks afterward.

I used a tripod & bulb exposure. I wish I had not cut off the top

firework, but it can be hard to guess where a firework will be.

Let me know what you think. Thanks is advance.

Timothy,

The top of the fireworks here is a typical aspect of photographing fireworks. I'm not disturbed by that, it belongs to a fireworks scenery where, yes indeed, unexpected things are happening.

That's my two cents.

cheers

Sam

I know exactly what you mean about guesswork when it comes to fireworks :)
You have a good representation of the scene though. Well done.
