davidmccracken 2 Posted July 15, 2011 Two pounds of flesh are better than one. Feedbackappreciated. Link to comment

wmc718 3 Posted July 15, 2011 Two ones. Great shot David! I don't know if this is the same woman or not, but the coloration of the nipples indicate it could be two. That adds to the mystery! And hey, I'm waiting for some of your witty comments on my Sarah Manni series! ;o) Best regards, Michael Link to comment

gsphotoguy 2 Posted July 15, 2011 The two ₤1 notes add just the right element to reference the title. I love this compositionally and, as usual, enjoy your sense of humor. Well made, David! Link to comment

Art X Photography 1 Posted July 16, 2011 the composition is simply stunning David. its original and just so good in every way except i would have liked to have seen a little more symmetry. It appears the female on the right is slightly too far right but only just. that said. my compliments on what is a fantastic image Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted July 17, 2011 Michael, Your comments made me study this image again. My photoshop skills are not so good as to merge a single body into an image like this. Indeed, there are two girls here. However, I didn't notice the shape and size of the nipples before. You are correct about the colour. Thanks a lot.Ruud, Nice of you to stop by.Mark, It is good to have fun. It is nice when someone appreciates it.Pierre, I am not sure about 7 but thanks a lot anyway.Art, I can't argue with you. This is actually a crop of an image. I cropped it in a way that reflects the different size bodies of the two girls. Maybe I will just have to redo it. Thanks a lot. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 19, 2011 I had a little debate with myself as to whether to comment on this one or not. I either won or lost the debate, depending on how you look at it, I guess.I sort of like this one, David, but I have to say it doesn't hit me with the impact some of your more recent postings have. It's up to your technical standards regarding colour work and detail, and I understand what you're trying to do here, but it's just a bit off for me. Maybe it's the placement of the pound notes? Or maybe it's that their inclusion in the photograph doesn't make visual sense to me? I don't know...hard to put into words. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted July 25, 2011 When someone doesn't like something, they usually pass it by. I am glad you took the time to give me your feelings on this. I know for a fact that not everyone appreciates honesty. I remember being honest with a few of John Peri's photographs. He was so incensed by it, he went to the lengths of having me banned from commenting on his photos. In truth, this isn't an image I am jumping up and down about myself. However, I am glad I posted it. The comment suggesting it might be the same girl made me view it in a different way. After reading the comment, I didn't feel it was as bad as I originally thought. It was a pity I didin't realise it when I was shooting it. Oh well! Thanks a lot Jim. Link to comment
JPPhoto1664880217 2 Posted July 28, 2011 I like the concept, but I think it would have worked better if the notes were covering, or partially covering, pubic hair. Jim Phelps Link to comment
