Thank you for using film and fine optics for nature. There is no other way to get the stunning colors we have here. ...The composition here is not STRICT and CLEAR...On still life, that will not escape, put the camera on the tripod, look thru the finder and manipulate, and move things around till the pix gells.. Here I would have pushed the green leaf further back, and had it just out of focus, concentrating the FEELING, on the bright subject leaf. The far background is fine, for contrast and for being out of focus... see my flower shot on http://tomturkphotos.tripod.com. That took half an hour of manipulation to get to gel..
