GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted July 11, 2011 One thing I have to say for this group of 'Ribber's', they sure do work hard and don't complain about it. From the time I saw their Rigs rolling in late Thursday afternoon, it was moments until I saw them disembark and begin the arduous task of setting up. Above each rig is the very high Advertising signs, their accessories for cooking all scrubbed and shiney, weren't set up till proper rolls of flooring went down, that protects them from slipping. They work late into the evening making sure all is safe, sanitary, and all is in it's proper place so that when they arrive early on the Friday, they can put on the final touches before the crowds arrive. On the Saturday I was there, they had arrived at 7a.m. and they did not leave until nearly 1a.m. You're looking at about an 18 hr. day. But they still did not get stingy with the smiles and cracking jokes with the crowd. And inbetween when I conversed with them, their congeniality was always evident. Here we see a very 'intent' expression on this fellow. After their 'gig' in Kitchener Ontario this coming weekend, they have one weekend off, perhaps he was pondering some relaxation with the family and a few 'sleep ins'. I know I sure would be ! (thankyou for dropping by, sincerely, Gail) Link to comment

jorge_fernandez3 0 Posted July 12, 2011 I feel that hard work is good for you. The story with the image shows that they are responsible and do not complain. Life is about accepting our path and go for it. I just finish reading an article in the RANGEFINDER Magazine by Linda L. May about the most famous photographer in Paris France, Karim Ranzi, he states he works daily to control his ego and be transparent with his clients. Insist in working hard everyday is what really makes him happy! Take good care my friend. Warm regards and remeber one moment at a time! Link to comment
