Like an angel, beautiful and most appropriate lighting and environment for this extraordinary well done environmental child portrait! The sun lit part has a great role of "explaining" the mood, that it is a sunny day and the model is in the shadow I mean, otherwise there would be a kind of gloomy mood to some extent!

A very gentle touch to an angelic subject.  I guess the only thing that I would change,if I had control over how the young lady presented herself that is,  might be to have her not wear nail gloss nor toe gloss, since she has not other makeup. And I don't even know why I say that, it just grabs me that way, J.W.  I do like the foliage and the way she addresses the camera and the way the dappled light falls all around in the frame and she is illuminated.  A very nice study.  gerry

Lovely portrait...her hair, outfit, location all work well together...the wild fairy of the woods...nice pose and soft warm smile...and the filtered natural light is just perfect.  Nicely captured.
