Where to start???

You have a mountain with snow, a beautiful waterfall, some awesome rocks, supurb colors in the trees.

Now to nitpick, the water is a tad bit washed out (at the bottom, not at the top), you could have probably shot it just a little quicker; it probably would not have made a difference with the clouds, there is no way to get them to look sharp short of no wind (which is not really possible).

What bothers me is that the water "flows out the picture". The little waterfalls guide the eye from the center of the image to the lower right corner. I would have changed the POV a little or at least turned a little to the right, because, there is essentially no information in the very left part of your picture, and on the other hand it looks too tightly cropped in the right side. Beautiful place though!
