Excellent portrait, I like the complicity of the model with her smile and eyes. Congratulations. Best wishes. Vicente.

Overall this is nice...very simple and straightforward...I like the pose and demure expression from your lovely model...very nicely lit...I think the low ratio lighting works well here for her skin tone...great job also maintain detail in her white lace top.  I think if I had any complaints it would be the sun glasses...I think they are not really needed and seem out of place.

Thank you gentlemen for your kind words . It was a 1 off , just as she was , to show off her curls . To be honest I didn't even notice the glasses  until later and didn't have time for a retake . Bill

William,

She is a pretty girl. This is a very well done head and shoulders portrait. You have focused well on her eyes. She has good eye contact with the camera (viewer) and a pleasant smile. Her make-up looks very good. The contrast and color saturation are excellent. I really like the lighting.

The background is nicely neutral and she is well separated from it. The gradation of tone going to darker on the bottom makes the image feel a little bottom heavy. Maybe I am more accustomed to having the gradation go darker to the edges around the subject.

Other than the glasses seeming a tad out of place, the only other thing I would do is to whiten her teeth a smidgen. They do seem a bit discolored when compared to her blouse and the whites of her eyes. This is a common adjustment in portraits.

I might crop just a very little off the top. The compositional balance is really very good.

Nice shot,

Mark

She looks beautiful in this shot Bill, her smile is so relaxed, and the overall feeling is soft and Feminine, and that does't bother me a bit, great to see. Her grey eyes are beautiful in this shot.

Warm regards, Gail
