mike_palermiti 3 Posted July 7, 2011 Hi Arthur,This is a very nice real life capture.Yes, there are parts of the image that are very bright, but people do sleep in these conditions often.I did want to reduce the brightness of the wood to the left of the man, as it is at a saturated level. I used some touch up tools in Photoshop, since there was no single action that could manage this range from a JPEG base, without effecting the man's development.Again the original is fine the way it is presented, and I did the adjustments to see if more emphasis could be placed on the man.Best Regards, Mike Link to comment

DGorinstein 20 Posted April 28, 2020 Superb image, powerful and telling a story....Sharpness and BW make it stand out to freeze a moment in the life of.....someone....with the luxury of detail and fine contrast. Congratulations. DG Link to comment
smooth 285 Posted April 28, 2020 Daniel! I'm very found of portraying elderly people and the beauty of a weather-beaten face. Kind regards, Arthur Link to comment
