lalit 0 Posted July 7, 2011 Its quite a dramatic landscape and fair shot. I would either leave the sun out or include in the frame a bit more. Link to comment
mike_palermiti 3 Posted July 7, 2011 Hi Tm,A wonderful capture, indeed. You did some good things with your fisheye lens. First , the stop down provided the classic Sun rays (from diffraction due to the iris blades).Second, the natural "bow" from any fisheye worked to optically frame in your image, making for an very nice presentation.I can understand why you would not want to crop out the Sun , because it is an important element to the scene.Best Regards, Mike Link to comment
tm_j 30 Posted July 7, 2011 Thank you Folks! Thanks Mike, I do use my fisheye lens quite often and on this one I would have like to aim up a bit more to get the horizon level but I could not since the lens flare would be unbearable. As is, I already aim down a bit (evident by the curve down horizon). Yes, the sun is the focal point of this image since it bring all the elements together (IMO). Link to comment
