payamghafoori 0 Posted July 6, 2011 I like the way pattern helped this image. The color tone is strange but pleasing.Good luck Link to comment
stp 6 Posted July 6, 2011 The green and blue seem to be an odd combination, and I'd guess that's partly natural (which could have been eliminated in processing) and created (the result of enhanced saturation). You might consider cropping the upper portion such that the very distant background trees are eliminated, leaving just the big trees beyond the corn field. That would put even more emphasis on your main subject and IMO make a stronger photo. You might also experiment with reducing the blue, especially that in the background trees. Caution, though, because that will affect the green as well. Link to comment
mike_palermiti 3 Posted July 7, 2011 Hi Sam,I like the image. Strong blue and green content in distinct patterns do appear unique compared to regular outdoor scenes.I did reduce the blue a bit, but kept the green level close to the original. The dark trees in the background reveal a little more structure. The blue (fog) appears like fog, but not as intense.Again, you image is fine as is. I was just curious to see another process applied.Best Regards, Mike Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 64 Posted July 8, 2011 I really like the blue in the background on this one. They are both very good shots.--Lannie Link to comment
