A wonderful water world that is full of magic and mystery.  Very nicely seen and photographed, and the PB treatment takes it to another level.  This is very cool.  Well done, Leo!  Cheers!

Got to agree with the Bear on this one!  PB has taken a busy reflection and turned it into something I'd be proud to hang on my wall.  Good on you Amigo!

All of your digital paintings are no less than exceptional! This one's beyond that! I hope you are making some of these into framed prints for the pad!!

When I spotted this reflection in the Merced River in Yosemite, I was

taken by it and took three exposures with an HDR in mind. Both the B&W

and color version just didn't make it, as the bushes on either side

made the image very busy. After laying idle, I decided to give it

another try but this time with the Pixel Bender filter. I must say

that I am quite happy with the way it turned out. I will also post the

original RAW for your comparison. Your comments are always

appreciated.This is best viewed larger.

Leo,

Wow!  The sharpness, color, and luminance of this image are wonderful. It is an amazing improvement from the original raw file.  It's nice to see creative Yosemite images like this - not just the typical iconic ones.  You may be interested in a book titled First Light Five Photographers Explore Yosemite's Wilderness published by the Yosemite Association and Heyday Books.  I purchased it at the Ansel Adams Gallery bookstore. Thanks, Leo, for posting this excellent image.  Regards.  Larry
