Guest Guest Posted July 5, 2011 The post process effects done on this image give it a 3D effect and a nice feeling of motion and the changes in ranges of colours in the green of particular is very interesting. I think that it is creative and well presented when taking to a square crop... Impressive.. MJ Link to comment
sonneland 0 Posted July 6, 2011 Radu, really nice colors here and great form. would like to see same image without white border, if for nothing else just to compare the two. lovely work! Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted July 6, 2011 Thank you all of you for opinions and advises.Roger, usually I like black frame to have a very good contrast for flowers, looking them on white or grey color like PN bg I think that something is missing,I have my photos on other two sites and there bg is black and all photos look like to be other than here,I ask few time here to change bg in black or to have possibility to have both grey-black as we wish,I think that black makes them more elegant. What do you think about this?I upload a version without frame for youregards,RC Link to comment
sonneland 0 Posted July 6, 2011 Radu, this goes half way to what i had in mind. i agree with what you say about having a choice of more then one b/g option. if you were to set this on a black background it would bleed into it, there would be areas where you were not sure if it was frame or image. our good friend dror uses this method quite a bit. images like what you have here are almost of a psychedelic nature, takes me back to the west coast of america in the 60's. i think my personnel taste here would be top image just remove white border. think dark edges of image would bleed really well into black frame and that would add another interesting element to what you already have, that being mystery. its also starting to get late i am tired and have drank perhaps just a wee bit too much of the red wine, and just maybe perhaps i am away with the birdies. regardless lovely image you have here! stay well my friend!roger Link to comment

dbasinger 0 Posted July 8, 2011 Your work inspires me to be more creative in my photos although nothing special has happened yet. Did you start with a hosta flower? Love the tones and fluidity and of course the focus and color. Beautiful. Take care, Deanna Link to comment
amalsircar 2 Posted July 8, 2011 Radu, very good creative work. I feel the white border is bit distracting . Link to comment
