I only wondered if cropping it differently would result in an even stronger picture.  I gave it a try, what do you think ?

great depth and color - crop is a different photograph and works well also. I have not tried the slow shutter speed with these elements because I think the boat will record too much movement but you conquered all of these technicalities.

Thanks Ben and Tony.  Ben, I like your crop.  It is a totally different image.  You know me and context, though.  I like the stairs leading to the water, but I just had a thought that maybe I should do a shot of only the stairs leading into the water.  What do you think of that, Ben?  I live close by so it would be no big deal to try that.
